Mr. Busch has over 21 years of professional experience in the environmental consulting industry, with progressive roles and responsibilities as an Environmental Scientist, Project Manager, and Senior Manager. Mr. Busch has proven technical, leadership, and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team to successfully complete projects within specified time frames and established budgets. Additionally, Mr. Busch has extensive hands-on technical and project management experience in planning and executing projects, generating proposals and reports, and managing projects, clients, staff, and subcontractors.

Mr. Busch’s specialties include project management, site assessment and the design, installation, operation and maintenance and optimization of soil and groundwater remediation systems at private, commercial, and industrial sites; demonstrated expertise in day-to-day project and personnel management, personnel training and mentoring, technical writing; and regulatory agency negotiations.
