Ms. Waldo has over 18 years of experience assessing, remediating, and closing petroleum hydrocarbon impacted cases. Her petroleum experience includes managing portfolios of retail petroleum sites in California and program coordination of a case closure project for BP/ARCO sites throughout California.

As a project manager for independent oil and major oil clients, Ms. Waldo has extensive experience with Phase I ESAs; remedial investigations/feasibility studies; site characterizations; hazardous waste treatability investigations; and soil, groundwater, and surface water investigations. She has been directly responsible for coordinating and managing the design and implementation of soil and groundwater remediation systems. Ms. Waldo has been responsible for regulatory compliance and permitting issues, along with stormwater management and treatment.
